Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver across Cabinda city. When you choose your address on the map you see straight away whether your street is inside the delivery area, with the fee and minimum order.

How much is delivery?

Between Kz 1,500 and Kz 4,000 depending on the area. Orders over Kz 50,000 get free delivery.

How can I pay?

Cash or card (TPA) on delivery, Multicaixa Express or bank transfer.

Do I need an account to order?

No. Your name, mobile number and address are enough. With an account you can see past orders and save your address.

How do I track my order?

Use the link shown after ordering, or the “Track order” page with your order number and mobile number.

What if a product is unavailable?

We call before replacing anything. You can also tell us in the order notes what to do.
